This role is primarily supporting the Business Assurance to deliver and undertake unaccredited audits and training to Retail & Hospitality Clients for both legal and “own brand” standards across the UK and Ireland with a specific emphasis on auditing within the retail and hospitality. 

 

 


You will deliver high quality assessments, audits, inspections and training that meet the needs of customers’ specific requirements in an efficient and professional manner. 
Through providing effective management you will be responsible for: 

 


•    Completing environmental audits (food safety, health and safety and fire safety audits) in accordance with legal and client driven requirements. 
•    Provide training as needed for clients requiring specialist training for the Retail & Hospitality sector.
•    Provide professional support to the Edinburgh Admin Teams including CMMA and Client Support teams. 
•    To be fully utilised and cost efficient
•    Complete client accident, incident and Riddor investigations as requested by the Global R&H Technical Manager. 
•    To keep colleagues appraised of industry developments within the food and training sector

•    Strategic Management support for Clients as required.
•    Review of documents including Training Policies and Training Presentations.
•    To maintain CDP and take on additional training as required.
•    Maintain a high level of IT skills in line with equipment and software used in the business.
•    Undertake any other work within the Retail & Hospitality sector as required as part of this role.

 

 

This Role is ideally based in London, but can also be the North West Area.
