The role


Nettitude is currently going through a period of accelerated growth within our US office. We are looking to further our growth by adding an ambitious Sales Development Representative to support our net new client goals. The US Sales team currently works with a large variety of industries and geographies, and the SDR will be able to further our expansion with an opportunity to prospect within all industries and geographies. 


  • The key objectives of the Sales Development Representative will be to perform outbound sales activities to generate net new client meetings. You will be working with the US Sales and Marketing team to build campaigns and generate prospect lists. Performance will be demonstrated by meeting/exceeded set KPI’s that are set forth.
  • A part of the role, Nettitude will provide new hire training that will equip you with an understanding of the cyber security industry and Nettitude’s service offering. Nettitude will also provide the opportunity to eventually own accounts and perform all activities during the sales cycle along with project management skills.
  • As a member of Nettitude’s team you will provide first class service to both internal and external customers and ensure our clients are secure and protected.



What you will be doing in your role:


As a Sales Development Rep. (SDR), your main responsibilities will be:

  • To generate new meetings, you will be provided a well-defined list of Nettitude prospects to perform outreach to.
  • You will work closely with both the Nettitude US Sales and Marketing team to build campaigns and participate in new client meetings.
  • Daily activities will include prospecting, qualifying, and developing new business meetings through calling, emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
  • As an SDR, you will be expected to become educated on all of Nettitude’s professional services and Security Operations Center (SOC) offerings.
  • Conduct high level conversations with upper level and executive information security prospects.
  • Be provided the opportunity to be a part of client meetings with Nettitude Account Executives to understand the complete sales cycle.
  • As an SDR, you will have the opportunity to become an Account Executive after demonstrating sales acumen and performing well against set KPI’s.
  • You will be required to provide strong reporting against KPI’s and overall campaign progress.
  • Expected to understand the competitive landscape and demonstrate Nettitude key value propositions.



Key skills:

  • Track record of success prospecting for new business
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University is preferred
  • Utilize a variety of prospecting mediums and techniques to formulate lists of high potential buyers
  • Develop and strategically distribute outbound sales communications to assist in generating a pipeline of new potential business
  • Create and maintain business level relationships by interacting professionally and positively with key decision-makers
  • Progress new opportunities through the sales cycle by communicating clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Track activities and performance to contribute to the ongoing improvement of organizational sales strategies
  • Maintain excellent internal relationships, understanding who to go to for required resources
  • A proactive attitude and ability to communicate with a variety of individuals and skill levels in an appropriate manner
  • Motivated, competitive and results driven mindset
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize requirements, whilst maintaining a focus on quality work.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to support outside of their direct area of responsibility.
  • Desire to develop an understanding of the Cyber Security services industry.
  • Good time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while embracing potential challenges
