The future of business assurance is exciting and rapidly changing, with new challenges and threats arising all the time, such as the COVID pandemic and climate change. And LRQA are adapting, for example delivering 2000 remote safety audits of farms.
 
What is your job role?
We are seeking for Sales Executive to retain and grow LRQA-Certification business with existing and new customers. You will work from home and at the office (withing the applicable rules). You will work within CRM Salesforce environment, communicate via email or phone with customers and prospects to gather all information necessary to prepare quotation for certification services in line with accreditation guidelines. You will follow-up your sales activities to secure new days for certification. Sales Executive will work collaboratively with our business development manager, marketing, customer service and auditors.
 
What are you going to do?
  • The sale of our certification and training products in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
  • Identify and follow-up of leads, preparation of quotations and contracts.
  • Proactive communication with existing and potential clients.
  • Management of existing contracts (additions and renewals).
  • Handling sales processes in our systems, especially in Salesforce and Adobe.
  • Communication with other departments, customer service and auditors.
 
What we are looking for?
  • Commercial work experience in a similar position, commercial skills and attitude.
  • Preferable (Technical or Management) BSC degree
  • Experience within our industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English written as well as spoken are required. Finnish or Danish language knowledge is a plus.
  • Capable to work autonomous with remote supervision.
  • Excellent social and communicative skills.
  • Customer focused and Team player.
  • Accurate in the performance of work.
  • Committed, resilient, reliable, customer- and sales-focused.
