The job in a nutshell:

Your position:

You will start an exciting three year program. In the first year your hunger for knowledge about management systems will be stilled. There will be an intensive program in which we will share our knowledge and teach you everything you need to know about ISO 9001, ISO 140001, OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001), ISO 50001. And you are going to bring this theory in practice straight away to become an Assessor in your first year. In the second year we will focus together on having challenging and interesting international assignments that will help you further develop to become Lead Auditor! The third year will focus on developing your potential into full to become a fully qualified Senior Lead Auditor with Lloyd’s Register. We are looking for a mutual investment in you and if there are required trainings or education needed for being successful in this position we will get you on these courses.


What is it going to bring you in the end?

You will act as an expert in the area of Integrated Management Systems and examine and assess the implementation of management systems at our clients locally, but occasionally also around the world. With the large number of unique and interesting clients we have, no day will be the same. Your goal is to contribute to the improvement of the overall management systems, which will eventually lead to a safer working culture. The broadening and deepening of the collaboration with our relations is also a great aspect of your job. Beside an increasing salary moving forward through the program and based on your expertise you will contribute to the development of our services. A very challenging and diverse job where you get to meet a lot of different people and very interesting (technical) challenges!


This is what you bring to the job:

• A technical university degree such as Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering or related;

• At least 3 years of working experience in the industry, preferably in various sectors; a managerial position working experience is an advantage

• Some knowledge or affinity with integrated management standards in the area of safety, environment and quality management systems;

• A good verbal and written knowledge of the English language;

• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 160 days a year) when necessary to visit locations abroad;

• Analytic insight and proactive attitude;

• Communicative and social skills;

• Commitment to a three year talent programme;
