What we’re looking for
The Reward Partner is a key contributor within the Global Centre of Expertise, focusing on compensation strategies globally. This role plays a pivotal part in designing, analyzing, and implementing competitive and equitable reward structures that align with business objectives and compliance requirements. The position will also be responsible for reporting and analysis related to EU Pay Transparency Legislation, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks.
Working collaboratively with HR, finance, and senior stakeholders, the Reward Partner drives data-driven decision-making to optimize pay and recognition programs globally.

The role
Compensation Strategy & Implementation
- Design and implement compensation strategies that support business growth and employee retention including the approach to developing, maintaining and implementing pay ranges for each country.
- Ensure alignment with global and regional regulations, compliance standards, and market best practices.
- Develop and maintain bonus and incentive plans that drive performance.
- Lead annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, benchmarking, and pay adjustments.
EU Pay Transparency Legislation Compliance & Reporting
- Monitor and interpret EU Pay Transparency Legislation, ensuring the organization remains compliant with reporting obligations.
- Oversee pay equity audits and generation of required reports for regulatory submission.
- Analyze gender pay gaps, equal pay metrics, and transparency requirements, providing strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with legal, HR, and finance teams to implement necessary policy adjustments in response to legislative updates.
Benchmarking & Data Analytics
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure pay structures remain competitive across all regions.
- Utilize data modelling and analytics to assess the effectiveness of reward programs.
- Develop insights and reports to inform senior leaders of compensation trends and recommendations.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance Teams to align compensation strategies with broader business goals.
- Work closely with leadership teams and Navigators to communicate reward policies effectively.
- Act as a subject matter expert on compensation, pay equity, and transparency regulations.
Cyclical Reward Activity & Compliance
- Oversee cyclical activities, including annual salary reviews, bonus frameworks, pay equity analysis, and gender pay gap reporting.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks and adapt policies based on legislative changes.
- Support the integration of automated tools and platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) for efficient compensation management.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to enhance pay transparency and improve overall reward structures.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee recognition, reinforcing a culture of appreciation and fairness.
- Keep up to date with emerging trends in compensation, pay equity, and incentive programs.
What you bring
- Proven experience in reward management with a strong focus on compensation strategy.
- Expertise in benchmarking, salary structuring, and regulatory compliance across multiple geographies.
- Strong data modelling and analytical skills, proficient in HR technologies and reporting tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities, working across HR, finance, and leadership teams.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations for business decision-making.
- Knowledge of EU Pay Transparency Legislation, gender pay gap analysis, and equitable compensation structures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification in Reward Management or Compensation & Benefits (e.g., CIPD, WorldatWork, GRP).
- Experience with SuccessFactors or other HR technology platforms.
