What we’re looking for
Head of Global Talent Acquisition & DEI is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives on a global scale. This role ensures the alignment of recruitment processes with the company's strategic goals and cultural values, fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce that drives organisational success.

The role

  • Develop and implement a sustainable global talent acquisition strategy to support LR’s long-term growth.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across LR to ensure alignment on talent needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Lead, oversee, and develop the global talent acquisition &DEI team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to inform talent acquisition decisions and market landscape analysis.
  • Champion DEI initiatives across LR, ensuring that hiring practices promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Develop and implement DEI strategies and programs that align with LR’s vision and values.
  • Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of talent acquisition and employee lifecycle.
  • Using data, monitor and report on DEI metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with our suppliers to ensure the TA experience excels at all levels from a candidate and people leader perspective.
  • Manage the contractual arrangements with our TA partner.
  • Contribute to the employer branding strategy to enhance LR’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the company's brand through various channels.
  • Ensure compliance with global employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage the TA budget efficiently and ensure proper risk management in all talent acquisition activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive and innovative, including identifying opportunities and gaps
  • Cultivate strong, trusting relationships across various levels of the organisation, providing subject matter expertise

 

 

What you bring

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on global or international markets.
  • Proven experience of a leadership or director-level role within talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of global labour markets and diverse sourcing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic talent acquisition & DEI initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Global knowledge / cultural awareness / working with partners / suppliers
  • Strong knowledge of global employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in executing employer branding and marketing strategies.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
