What we’re looking for
The Head of People Services is responsible for overseeing and managing people operations across multiple geographies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and compliant people services. This role involves coordinating HR activities, implementing global HR strategies, and leading a global team to achieve operational excellence. The incumbent will work closely with the Global People Services Director and Head of People Management to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

The role

  • Oversee the execution of people transactional operations across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Ensure HR operations are delivered with high quality, speed, and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement standardised HR processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance globally.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear KPIs and SLAs for the teams, regularly monitoring performance and providing feedback.
  • Ensure the teams are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to perform their roles effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and address any issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and analytics to provide insights into service delivery and compliance to KPI’s and SLA’s.
  • Utilise data to identify trends, inform decision-making to continuously improve operational excellence
  • Co-lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, systems, and service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation within People Operations.
  • Ensure People Services supports the overall business strategy and contribute to the achievement of key objectives.

 

 

What you bring

Proven track record of managing People Services in a multinational organisation.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.

Experience in leading large, diverse teams and managing remote employees.

Strong Data-Driven Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to use insights from data to make informed decisions that drive benefits strategies and initiatives.

Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology platforms.

Global knowledge / cultural awareness / working with partners / suppliers

 

You are someone who: 

  • Is keen to take accountability and ownership for delivering customer needs 
  • Is able to self-manage and prioritize tasks towards achieving goals 
  • Is effective at solving problems, trouble-shooting and making timely decisions 
  • Is flexible and eager to take initiatives
