What we’re looking for 

 

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Onboarding and Benefits Administrator to join our HR department. In this position, you will oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and the HR team. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to employee success will contribute significantly to the overall growth and prosperity of our organization.

 

The Onboarding & Benefits Admin Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting the Service Delivery team's efforts to become a scalable, customer-focused, and efficient function. This role will prioritize adherence to SLAs, ensuring globally consistent processes executed to exceptional standards. The individual in this role will take ownership of refining processes, ensuring they remain up-to-date and best-in-class, while actively seeking out opportunities for automation and improvement to enhance the colleague experience.

The role

 

  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring the provision of all necessary paperwork, training materials, and resources.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to new employees, addressing any questions or concerns related to required forms and documentation associated with onboarding.
  • Embrace a collaborative approach to working, fostering and supporting a unified team mentality within the People Service Delivery Onboarding team and across larger HR teams. Treat colleagues and team members with respect and maintain a positive attitude towards the work.
  • Process transactional data requests in SuccessFactors using relevant case management tools (such as ServiceNow / c4c), while adhering strictly to relevant SLAs.
  • Focus on resolving tier 0 activities within People Service Delivery teams, and escalate tier 1 and 2 tickets to other HR teams when necessary, ensuring stakeholders are adequately informed to enhance the employee experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the People Experience team to manage cases efficiently and work towards improving the employee experience, including exploring opportunities for automation.
  • Collaborate with the People Technology team to maintain and enhance SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, ensuring clear standard operating procedures and eliminating any single points of failure.
  • Ensure exceptional adherence to processes, maintain data accuracy, and escalate relevant processes as required.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address process errors and issues as they arise, striving for continuous improvement and clear communication.

  • Prior experience in a comparable HR position within a multinational setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of tailoring messages to various audiences.
  • Robust organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • A strong dedication to customer service, offering practical solutions.
  • Collaborative nature with the capacity to work harmoniously within a team.
