What we are looking for:
The Performance & Reward Partner works within the Global Centre of Expertise as a key partner to the HR Community on all performance management practices and frameworks, including the connection to reward.
This role will develop and execute frameworks that foster a high-performance culture while driving meaningful employee appreciation initiatives across a global workforce of 3,800 employees across 73 countries. This role is pivotal in shaping equitable performance evaluation frameworks, optimising recognition programs, and ensuring alignment with company values and international compliance standards.
The role:
- Performance Management:
- Design, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive performance management framework that supports business objectives.
- Ensure that performance evaluation processes are fair, transparent, and aligned with company values and strategic goals.
- Develop guidelines for goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance assessments to foster a high-performance culture.
- Drive pay-for-performance strategies that reinforce merit-based advancements and reward excellence.
- Collaborate with reward and compensation teams to ensure performance outcomes are effectively linked to incentives and recognition programs
- Employee Recognition & Engagement:
- Oversee company-wide recognition programs, including formal awards, peer-to-peer appreciation, and milestone celebrations.
- Innovate and drive engagement campaigns that reinforce a culture of appreciation, ensuring alignment with organisational values.
- Leverage data insights to assess the impact of recognition programs and optimise strategies accordingly.
- Partner with internal communications teams to promote recognition initiatives effectively.
- Strategic Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Act as a global advocate for performance excellence, fostering best practices across different regions.
- Collaborate with HR leaders, compliance teams, and senior management to continuously evolve frameworks in response to business needs.
- Provide expert guidance on the intersection between performance management, employee engagement and reward.
- Lead process improvements to enhance user experience across performance and recognition platforms.

What you bring:
- Significant experience of implementing strategic performance frameworks that drive engagement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
- Strong Data-Driven Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to use insights from data to make informed decisions that drive performance and recognition strategies and initiatives.
- Extensive experience in a performance / reward partnership role in a global organisation.
- Global knowledge / cultural awareness / working with partners / suppliers
