What we’re looking for
The Reward Analyst works within the Global Centre of Excellence as a key support to the wider Reward Team on all aspects of total reward.   This role plays a critical part in supporting the design, analysis, and implementation of reward strategies across multiple regions, as well as supporting the cyclical reward activity. This position will undertake research and data analysis to ensure the team can deliver competitive, equitable, and data-driven compensation and benefits structures, aligning with business objectives and compliance requirements. The role involves benchmarking, data modelling, and collaboration with the wider people team and finance teams to optimise pay and recognition programs globally.

The role

Supporting Cyclical Reward Activity

  • Support the delivery of the annual salary and bonus review process, and performance management processes.
  • Support with job evaluation and mapping processes
  • Support the Benefits Partner with preparation for annual insurance renewals providing data and insights to enable consideration for change to be made.

 

Compensation & Benchmarking

  • Conduct market research and salary benchmarking using external compensation surveys and internal pay data.
  • Analyse pay equity trends, supporting data-driven decisions on gender pay gaps, incentive structures, and benefits alignment.
  • Assist in the development of compensation frameworks, including salary structures and incentive models.

 

Reward & Recognition Analytics

  • Provide data insights on the effectiveness of recognition programs and total rewards strategies.
  • Support pay-for-performance analysis, ensuring equitable reward distribution aligned with business goals.
  • Track global trends in compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with regional legislation and market best practices.

 

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure reward practices comply with regional labor laws, tax regulations, and organisational policies.
  • Maintain audit-ready compensation and benefits documentation, supporting governance standards.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure reward fairness and transparency in policy implementation.

 

 

What you bring

  • Experience in global compensation and benefits analytics.
  • Experience working in a large-scale, multinational organisation with complex compensation structures.
  • Strong skills in Excel, HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar), and data visualisation tools.
  • Expertise in reward strategy, pay equity analysis, and incentive plan modelling.
  • Solid understanding of global labour regulations and compensation governance.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
