In Inspection Services, we certify safety critical industrial equipment according to recognised codes, standards & regulations. We also partner with companies to provide tailored high-quality inspection services throughout their manufacturing supply chains, making sure equipment is built safely & to their requirements.

The role

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy, working closely with key stakeholders across marketing, technology and other functions. We are embarking upon a digital transformation journey across our sales and marketing lifecycle, and this role will take the lead on developing, implementing and managing our new website infrastructure, our digital marketing toolkit and growing our suite of marketing automation tools. 

 

You will:

  • Build and manage a ‘best-in-market’ global LRQA website and support the development of local websites, ensuring that functionality, look and feel and performance all provide a superb user experience. 
  • Manage or contribute to the management of landing pages/content optimization, marketing automation & CRM platforms (Salesforce) and email campaign deployment (Pardot) as well as ongoing CRO.
  • Work with the Head of Digital to review and deliver on KPI’s for the website
  • Improve the return on investment of digital budgets through improvements to the website and other digital channels
  • Drive SEO and website conversion, through regular testing cycles
  • Build out custom landing pages for digital marketing and email marketing campaign, while A/B testing and focusing on conversion rate optimisation
  • Measure and report on performance of digital marketing efforts using SEM Analytics tools
  • Deliver against customer experience and commercial targets to improve performance of the website and CRM
  • Contribute to reports as requested by the Head of Digital Marketing, and Marketing Director
  • Constantly review and make recommendations for improvements to customer journey and conversation rates, using Google Analytics as the primary tool
  • Ensure Head of Area Marketing, Area Marketing and Brand & Communications teams as well as commercial stakeholders, understand how to optimise area websites to drive positive ROI, demand generation, conversions, and revenue to meet commercial objectives
  • Identify and implement processes to introduce improved website functionality, including but not limited to A/B testing, multivariate testing, visitor profiling, segmentation, retargeting, ecommerce, etc
  • Develop best practice processes for monitoring and measuring prospects and leads through all agreed global and area digital channels, working with area marketing teams and agencies/outsourced resources where needed
  • Provide expertise and guidance on digital elements, such as PPC, SEO, social media, emerging technologies and making recommendations in the implementation of marketing content, working with Area marketing teams and agencies/outsourced resources where needed
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Work with the technology and wider marketing team team to ensure that the website integrates seamlessly into other platforms, and that performance is optimised
  • Develop e-commerce capabilities

 

You will need:

  • Demonstrable experience using content management systems, website management systems and digital platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce or MS Dynamics.
  • Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS, jQuery/JavaScript) and be able to demonstrate a data driven mindset.
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of digital landscape and the B2B buying process, with excellent grasp of social media, website metrics and best practices 
  • Experience in using social media management tools e.g. Hootsuite or similar, to monitor, plan and communicate messages to key target audiences using appropriate channels
  • Experience in managing a website within a global organisation using a CMS such as Episerver or similar along with website maintenance, page creation, content addition, development and analytics plus PPC campaigns.
