Bring your excellent telemarketing skills to our UK&I Sales Team to drive sales growth of Business Assurance Services.

We are a complex global business that's continually evolving our practices and infrastructure, and we need to add a Lead Generator and Sales Assistant to the growing Sales team.  Using your proven telemarketing and sales skills with potential clients you will be required to develop sales enquiries through proactive calling and lead creation to generate new, profitable business for Lloyds Register in new and existing accounts.


Role purpose: 

To provide proactive activity to nurture LR prospects to generate leads and qualify new enquiries.
Support and develop potential sales enquiries through proactive calling and account management and assisting the Business Development Managers with lead creation or appointment setting.


You will:

  • Generate sales opportunities in an office based telemarketing role to effectively interface with potential new customers in order to identify and generate new and profitable business for LR to meet its growth strategies and target
  • Proactive sales calls to clients from marketing supplied data and active account management
  • Provide administrative support in areas including the generation and allocation of leads and opportunities for new and existing clients through the contacting of consultants, trade associations and current LR workforce in line with timescales and processes
  • Active and targeted usage of linkedin in line with marketing campaigns to generate new leads and expand existing client base
  • Build and maintain good client relationships through proactive communication and action, to ensure the effective management of customer expectations and business KPIs
  • Manage all leads sources to ensure efficient and timely management of new enquiries, qualifying and allocation to correct sales person, with accurate data and information gathered to supp


You will have:

  • An understanding of the concept of Management Systems and how they are applied in organisations
  • Experience in a telemarketing or telesales environment
  • Lead generation, sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience of communicating and collaborating with stakeholders in preparation of client proposals
  • The ability to multitask, organise work effectively, manage pipeline effectively and meet deadlines
