We have recently announced that BA&IS + Nettitude will be leaving the LR Group and will become a standalone business (LRQA) under the ownership of Goldman Sachs Asset Management.  It’s an exciting time to join our business as we have ambitious plans for growth.  We are looking for talented people who will support us to build on our strengths and transform our business to be the best partner for our clients.


This role will be focused on working with Business Assurance and Inspection Services to support the management of Pensions and Benefits programmes in place across the 52 countries within which they operate.   This role will reporting to the Global Pensions and Benefits Manager.



Role Purpose:


You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of pensions and benefits programmes worldwide. You will support the enhancement of pensions and benefits programmes and procedures with focus on administration, governance and communication. 


You will be working with local teams and third-party vendors/stakeholders in order to ensure adherence with statutory requirements, local legislation, global reward strategy and company standards of operations. The ultimate objective is to deliver the desired employee experience, as per our organisational strategy.





You will:



Support the administration of pensions and benefits programmes on an ongoing basis.

  • Oversees the successful completion of enrolment, cancellation and changes for benefits and pension programs according to the employee lifecycle.
  • Timely resolution of employee’s queries, questions or concerns.
  • In compliance with local regulations and company procedures, maintains related records and completes the required reports and forms.
  • Maintenance of up to date and accurate Global Pensions and Benefits summaries/inventory and associated documentation.
  • Maintenance of benefits statistics.
  • Updated and accurate filing of pensions and benefits documentation

Support the international pension governance requirements



You will have:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experienced in administering both DB and DC pension arrangements would be beneficial
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and customer service driven
  • Strong employee focus with an understanding of how benefits impact employee experience
  • Discretion, integrity, professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
  • Experience working in a large, global organization is preferred
