Key Responsibilities :

  1. Undertake Project management on the specific project as requested
  2. To coordinate all Inspection Services compliance business activities in Batam area which include managing flexi resources, training & supervising new & existing sub-contracted Inspectors in the area
  3. Carry out ASME coded stamp inspection services and managing ASME clients
  4. Perform surveillance and inspection audit for the offshore platform and onshore plant annual survey
  5. Assist sales manager for the ASME coded stamp and other Third/Second Party Inspection sales and marketing activities
  6. Attend inspection request such as welder performance qualification, welding procedure certification and other items, within the inspection authorisation given by line manager
  7. Promptly issuance of deliverables such a visit report, certificate, and inspection release notes
  8. Support in preparing pro-forma invoice and participate to maintain the work flow
  9. Timely update T & E in system


Job Requirements:

  • An Engineering degree or equivalent from a tertiary organisation recognised by LR within the field of engineering physical science or possess material, welding, NDE certification from recognised institute
  • Minimum 7 years experiences in the inspection of oil & gas facility and industry sectors
  • Hold ASME Authorized Inspector & statutory or experience on the specific task
  • Experience in fabrication, quality assurance and quality control of the process equipment, structural, power industry and oil and gas industry
  • To work in accordance with a professional Code of conduct and the local regulation
  • To use a combination of general and specialist engineering knowledge and understanding to optimise the application of Code and good engineering practice
  • To demonstrate effective interpersonal skills including communication in English at all levels
  • Willing to travel within Indonesia and South East Asia
  • To be PC/office equipment literate
