The role:

The brand and communications team is responsible for global internal and external communications strategy, from thought leadership, PR & crisis communications, to Go to Market (GTM) content to internal engagement comms. The team is also responsible for maintaining the LR brand strategy.

Working alongside peers across the global and area marketing teams, the GTM Marketing Executive contributes to the planning and delivery of integrated GTM plans and activities that support the strategic marketing objectives of the business, ensuring that they are seamlessly executed through a range of marketing channels, delivering strong return on investment.


You will:

  • Continually improve marketing campaigns, channels and tools so that we can demonstrate that the right marketing messages/campaigns are reaching the right customers at the right time, resulting in lead generation, cross and upsell opportunities, and increased brand awareness.
  • Receive strategic GTM briefs from product managers and Heads of Marketing (HOMs) and deliver integrated, multi-channel/region campaign activities.
  • Implement our channel strategy to enable a wider audience reach.
  • Implement and update GTM content, assets, toolkits, templates and interactive marketing tools, as well as defined marketing channels, to increase LR brand awareness, launch targeted campaigns and generate leads within targeted proposition or product categories.
  • Ensure that local marketing campaigns utilise centrally developed and/or approved marketing content, appropriate client value propositions and client/prospect segmentation practices to maximise campaign engagement, effectiveness, brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative ideas for new marketing channels, tactics, and tools, ensuring they are relevant, complete, efficient and effective.
  • Maintain a consistent LR brand approach, from templates and toolkits to tone of voice, in all GTM materials.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team and Area Marketing Teams to ensure that channel mix and marketing tools enable us to maximise campaign effectiveness, market positioning to improve market brand and positioning.
  • Follow frameworks and guidance to help evaluate online and offline marketing initiatives, ROI and effectiveness.
  • Work across teams, collaborating and contributing to the marketing, sales and operational function to support growth of the business in line with globally agreed strategic focus areas.
  • Work closely with marketing peers and creative agencies to execute best in class content strategies for GTM activity.


Key Health & Safety Responsibilities:

  • Assess the risks and work in a safe manner at all times, robustly implementing health and safety rules, instructions and systems and refuse to undertake work that compromises your safety or health
  • Report in a timely manner all incidents including near miss and safety observations (NMSO), accidents and injuries and raise any health and safety concerns with your line manager.


You will need:

  • At least 2 years of general (ideally B2B) marketing experience
  • ‘Global and local’ team spirit, and strong cultural awareness
  • Excellent planning and organisations skills
  • Strong copywriting skills with excellent English writing ability
  • Strong communications skills and a collaborative approach
  • Experience of working with marketing agencies and other third-party suppliers
  • Track record of building relationships with peers and other key stakeholders
  • Adaptable and organised with a practical approach and the ability to work on multiple tasks and to tight deadlines
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, seeking management input, advice and direction when needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • A team player who is willing to learn and grow with an evolving role
