Lloyd’s Register Apave Limited is focussed on inspection, assurance and training services to the nuclear industry.  In the UK this activity is concentrating on the UK Nuclear New Build by NNB Generation Company.



Role purpose:


The NNB Customer Interface role is to ensure the relationship between Lloyd’s Register Apave and NNB Generation Company (for HPC & SZC) is beneficial to both parties.  The role ensures that existing and future business opportunities are maximised; communication is effective and any service delivery issues are highlighted.

The role includes business development and client relationship management.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and develop relationships at all levels within the client
  • Identify areas where LRA can further assist the client – improving existing and winning new work packages
  • Interlocute between the Client and the LRA service delivery team ensuring communication and understanding of progress and opportunities
  • Develop proposals, supporting the Director – Low Carbon Assurance Services
  • Represent Lloyd’s Register Apave at external meetings as required



Key Requirements:


  • Excellent communicator in English
  • Relationship builder with experience of multinational business culture
  • Engineering empathy, preferably a science or engineering degree
  • Track record of building deep client relationships and business development
  • Ability to communicate in French would be an advantage





The successful applicant will be located near to Bristol, UK operating from home, client offices and our UK offices as required.  Some short business travel in the UK and Europe maybe required.
