What we’re looking for

 

We are seeking a Pre-Contract Senior Administrator to support end-to-end pre-contract operations, including contract generation, sales quotation creation, documentation management, stakeholder support, and approval-based processes. The selected candidate will demonstrate solid administrative capabilities, sound judgment in prioritizing workloads, effective stakeholder management skills, and the ability to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of services.

The role

•  Support the Global Pre-Contract team in meeting business objectives, service levels, and KPI targets through efficient administrative and operational       support.

• Manage end-to-end pre-contract activities, including contract generation, sales quotation creation, job bookings, and maintenance of contract-related documentation.

• Prioritize, process, and maintain accurate records, documentation, and data in line with business requirements, quality standards, and agreed deadlines.

• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving complex queries and developing good client relationships to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

• Administer and maintain job management systems, ensuring timely and accurate creation, tracking, and updating of records.

• Coordinate shared mailbox activities, including categorization, allocation, and monitoring of tasks to support workflow efficiency and service responsiveness.

• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, budgetary requirements, and operational procedures.

• Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and coaching to junior team members to support capability development and consistent process adherence.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous enhancement of pre-contract operations and customer experience.


What you bring

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages; Excel, Word & Outlook (as a minimum).
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Proficiency in the English Language commensurate with the work
  • SAP knowledge in particular Business by Design; advantageous.
  • Understanding of Product Certification (Type approval and MNDE)
