We are looking for professionals who can offer administrative support following established procedures, while also possessing the independence to manage their workload in alignment with our business requirements.

The role
- Prioritize and handle documentation, data, and information in accordance with local business requirements and agreed-upon deadlines.
- Execute data filing and entry tasks following established procedures.
- Address inquiries and establish relationships with both internal and external clients, as appropriate.
- Provide coaching and guidance to other team members, as needed, to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and application.
- Perform all activities in adherence to internal procedures, contractual obligations, cost structures, and budgetary constraints.
- Identify areas for improvement in administration processes and procedures, and actively recommend enhancements. Collaborate with Coordinators and managers to implement new administrative processes and procedures within the team.
- Ensure that documentation, data, information, and tasks relevant to the individual are planned, assessed, and processed in alignment with local business requirements and specified deadlines.
- Review and analyze data to generate management information and statistics, including the identification and reporting of process failures, to support the overall efficiency of processes.
- Address complex queries and foster relationships with both internal and external clients, especially in the resolution of service-related issues.
What you bring
- Proficiency in the English language at a level appropriate for the scope of work.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing correspondence and maintaining the database for ISM/ISPS/MLC.
- Capability in generating job notes and effectively coordinating with both internal and external clients. Competence in conducting basic report and certificate verification, as well as handling PR18/36 document transfers.
- Willingness and readiness to tackle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
