What we’re looking for 

This role will form part of a global team of advisors with varied and challenging needs. The role holder will need to be able to work across time zones to prioritize activities and manage workload effectively.

No two days are the same in this area, with the role holder needing to bring a flexible, adaptable approach, understanding business need, and driving effective change where required.

The role 

  • Key focus on development and improvement of country specific Service Operational Processes in the Scandinavian countries to ensure best Employee Experience
  • Work closely with the Team to ensure business transformation / restructuring projects are well implemented and effectively delivered.
  • Definition and then management of complex advisory cases
  • Work closely with the People Advisory Manager and other People Advisors to deliver operational excellence, work in collaborative way.
  • Work closely with the Team to ensure business transformation / restructuring projects are well implemented and effectively delivered.
  • Support the work with People Directors and CoEs on strategic business planning, D&I principles,
  • Support business change programs, restructuring and M&A.
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture by using problem-solving, communications, analytics and stakeholder engagement coupled with a pragmatic approach to drive continuous improvement activities.
  • Performance management – support managers understanding & delivery of PPP process; facilitate calibration meetings as required; tracking and reporting on progress. Promote high quality PPP dialogue and partner in resolving significant performance and capability issues.

 

What you bring 

  • Broad HR knowledge and experience across HR disciplines (Denmark, Norway and Sweden are required)
  • HR Experience in the surrounding Nordic countries are an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within organisations and to influence successfully and openly at all levels within LR.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills including experience of coaching senior management on a range of people and wider organisational issues. Comfortable challenging senior leaders whilst maintaining positive long-term relationships.
  • Ability to support change in an ever-evolving environment, coaching business managers in managing change
  • Ability to understand and assess complex and sometimes unfamiliar situations, visualise solutions and see through to resolution, including at a wider global level.
  • Digitally confident, able to work with data and draw insights to support business performance and colleague engagement.
  • Ability to drive and manage a high performing operational team.
