What we’re looking for 

We are seeking candidates to provide high level administrative support against defined procedures, with autonomy over workload to meet business needs. To undertakes a wide range of complex administrative activities and resolves complex queries; the role may include delegation and monitoring of others work.

The role

 

  • Coordinate resource allocation for local SD teams, managing various digital platforms and overseeing the field/general email correspondence.
  • Offer administrative support primarily to the NEA SD team.
  • Foster active communication with NEA SDTA team members, providing mutual assistance as needed.
  • Maintain MEC contracts in collaboration with the SD team.
  • Generate quotes for contracts using BYD.
  • Fulfill the role of buyer to engage in supplier processes and manage invoices.
  • Manage works approval and correspond with service suppliers.
  • Act as RP (Responsible Person) for NEA projects.
  • Prioritize and handle documentation, data, and information in line with local business needs and agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Perform data filing and entry following defined procedures.
  • Address inquiries and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Conduct all activities adhering to internal procedures, contractual obligations, cost structures, and budgetary limits.
  • Be open to incorporating additional administrative tasks into the scope of work as necessary.

  

What you bring

 

  • Degree or its equivalent from a tertiary institution recognized by Lloyd’s Register.
  • Ability to operate in accordance with professional codes of conduct and adhere to the LR Code of Ethics as outlined in IMS01.
  • Proficiency in computer skills with the capacity to adapt and learn additional applications to enhance existing knowledge.
  • Capability to provide technical and commercial management, including but not limited to project management and process management.
  • Proficiency in the English language at a level commensurate with the work requirements.
