Role purpose: |
|
To provide administrative support against defined procedures with some discretion over priorities of workload. Undertakes a range of administrative activities and resolves queries for internal/external clients. The Project Support Administrator is responsible for overseeing the administrative aspects of project management, ensuring effective coordination and completion of simple projects. This role will be responsible for coordination of responsible person activities for simple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. |

Key Responsibilities: |

Office and site office Administrative Support:
|
|
Project Support: Assign SD/TSO/AS colleagues to tasks in coordination with the SD/TSO/AS Team Leader, ensuring appropriate resource allocation. Daily activities of a project support administrator will include:
Support profitability reviews by providing accurate and timely project data. |
|
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a point of contact for colleagues, addressing their needs promptly and effectively. |
|
Adherence to Standards: Ensure all activities comply with global standards and processes, maintaining consistency and quality. |
|
Escalate client feedback to managers and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences. Promote a client-centricity culture, focusing on a positive and consistent client journey. |
|
Ensure smooth and clear handover of tasks between teams during the process cycle. Follow the RACI document and clearly communicate transition points to avoid any task overlap or gaps in ownership |
