The Role

To provide a range of technical and administrative support against defined procedures with some discretion over priorities of workload. Undertakes a range of administrative and chargeable activities and resolves queries for internal / external clients.

 

You will: 

  • Prioritise and process documentation / data / information in accordance with local business requirements and agreed deadlines.
  • Data filing / entry in accordance with defined procedures.
  • Deal with queries and build relationships with internal / external clients, as appropriate.
  • To coach other team members, as appropriate, to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application.
  • Conduct all activities in line with internal procedures, contractual requirements, cost structures and budget constraints
  • Handling the general mailbox and correspondence with Clients
  • Planning of incoming survey /inspection requests, maintaining workbook, co-ordination of jobs, assigning control-numbers in liaison with SiC, TL’s and SD Team
  • Provide support to EEA Team (Poland and Ukraine), Team Leaders and SD Members with regards to work packages (ByD) and alignment of processes and share knowledge
  • Preparation of Fee Quotes to Clients for Plan Approval, New Constructions, MEC, etc. – liaison with Clients, TSO’s and SD Team
  • Preparation of Sales Quotes in ByD and other related activities in the system
  • Other tasks related to SD support which may be added as the role develops

 

You will need: 

  • Professional administrative education or equivalent
  • Strong experience in an administrative support role.
  • PC-literate; high affinity to work with professional business-systems
  • Structured and well-organized working style. Attention to detail and data correctness.
  • Strong cooperation and communication skills with own team and with other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Responsive and pro-active, strong personal drive
  • Commercial awareness
  • Proficiency in the Polish and English language (spoken and written).
