People Service Delivery Advisor

What we’re looking for 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced People Service Delivery Advisor to join our HR department, to be based in Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and spearheading the HR processes that come under the Employee Life Cycle, i.e. from onboarding to offboarding. Additionally, you will manage and administer employee benefits programs, working closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and the larger HR team. You will be accountable for documenting HR processes, ensuring procedures and benefits are in line with the legislative requirements in Poland and countries in Eastern Europe, while aligning with the new ways of working in LR and LR’s global standards. Your attention to detail, passion for employee success will contribute to the overall growth and success of our organisation.

Your primary role will be that of a People Service Delivery Advisor who will also help the People Advisory team, to enable LR People Operations team be a scalable, customer and delivery focused, effective function. This role will drive SLA adherence, ensuring processes are globally consistent and executed to exceptional standards. The role holder will take accountability for ensuring processes are constantly refined, up to date, and best in class, seeking out automation and improvement opportunities, whilst ensuring a great colleague experience. 

 

The role 

  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding of new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork, training materials, and resources are provided.
  • Provide guidance and support to new employees by answering questions, addressing concerns related with the completion of required forms and documentation linked to onboarding. 
  • Process transactional data requests in SuccessFactors through the leveraging of relevant case management tools (ServiceNow / c4c), whilst maintaining strict adherence to relevant SLAs. 
  • Ensuring LR is compliant on all separation and leave administration matters within People Operations team, for Poland and Eastern Europe. 
  • Focus on closing tier 0 and tier 1 activities within People Service Delivery team, supporting tier 2 tickets amongst the People Advisory team and assisting or guiding other teams within/outside HR whilst keeping the stakeholder adequately informed, thereby enriching employee experience. 
  • Play the role of an Advisor for the countries in Eastern Europe, to ensure all relevant HR and linked compliance activities are executed independently and in collaboration with the People Service Delivery and People Advisory teams in LR. 
  • Work closely with People Experience team to manage cases as they come in and process within a timely manner, working towards improving the employee experience, and automating where possible. 
  • Work with the People Technology team to maintain and manage SuccessFactors and ServiceNow to the highest possible standard, with clear standard operating procedures in place and the removal of any single point of failure. 
  • Provide guidance to the Employee Relations and Industrial Relations teams to be compliant for Poland and surrounding geography. 
  • Ensure exceptional process adherence, data accuracy and adhere to relevant process escalation where required. 
  • Problem-solve and deep-dive into process errors and issues as they arise. 
  • Take a collaborative one team approach to working, ensuring to foster and support a one team mentality not just within People Service Delivery, but the larger HR teams. Treat colleagues and team members with respect and bring a positive attitude to the work you do. 
  • Responsible for documentation of processes where available and set up of activities to ensure LR is compliant in Poland and other countries of Eastern Europe. 
  • Support the drive towards a continuous improvement culture by using problem-solving, and clear communication. 

 

What you bring 

  • Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements: 
  • Proven experience in HR Shared Services, preferably on all aspects of Employee Life Cycle management globally. 
  • Proven ability to ensure strict adherence to SLAs with clear capacity management planning.  
  • Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within organisations and to influence successfully and openly at all levels within LR. 
  • End to end knowledge of people processes and experience of working with enabling these through technology. 
  • Ability to problem solve data integrity challenges and issues, working through SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, diagnosing the root cause of complex issues and identify and implement solutions. 
  • Solution mind-set, with the ability to bring forth resolutions with zero/minimal errors. 
  • Must be able to read & write Polish fluently (and thus be able to also translate documents from English to Polish and vice versa). German is an advantage.
  • Must be affluent with the local legislative knowledge and with hands-on experience in Poland primarily.  
  • Expertise preferred in the Central European region covering most if not all the countries in the European subcontinent.
