What we’re looking for 

A Service Delivery Support Administrator to support our field colleagues maintaining accurate records for a fixed term contract of 12 months.

 The role 

  • Respond to client and other incoming inquiries and produce quotations with appropriate pricing; gain approval for Quotes.
  • Set up a ‘Contract’ (Field Service and Repair) or ‘Project’ (Projects) for the agreed scope of work.
  • Prioritise and process documentation/data/information in accordance with local business requirements and agreed deadlines.
  • Deal with queries and build relationships with internal/external clients, as appropriate.
    • Support with commercial and technical documentation
    • Investigation on Credit Notes and post invoicing queries
    • Support Service Delivery from contract signature to delivery
    • PO creation for internal LR supplier or subcontractor
    • Time Entries approval
    • Unassigned costs clearance
    • Cost estimate update (Sales order cost estimate calculator)
    • Be a point of contact for client and Service delivery colleagues and managers
    • Set up of invoicing schedule and/or raise of invoice requests
    • Monitoring & clearance of accrued revenue


What you bring 

  • Degree level or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Responsiveness and pro-activeness
  • PC Literacy; high affinity for working with professional business systems.
  • Good numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good command (written and oral) in English using relevant professional terminology.
  • Previous experience in project management support and/or in maritime environment is considered a plus
  • SAP knowledge is considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in Italian is considered an asset
  • Authorization to work in the respective country is preferred
  • Availability to move for shot business travels in Italy and abroad
