As a colleague in our administrative team in Genoa, you will have the opportunity to support with a great number of activities:

  • Coordinate the managements of local Petty Cash /Credit Cards
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client/supplier staff and agency information
  • Strong interaction with internal and external Clients, vendors and visitors  
  • Handle the switchboard and dealing professionally, quickly and efficiently with Client's/Suppliers and Staff
  • Coordinate and distribute any incoming/out coming correspondence
  • Coordinate the general staff stationery and general services at all levels. research, price, purchase order creation
  • File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports
  • Effectively ensure that the reception area is maintained to high standard and the greeting of visitors/Clients

 

What do we ask from you?

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Proficient in English language (spelling, punctuation, grammar and spoken ability)  
  • Knowledge and experience of relevant software application (Spreadsheet, word processing and data base management internet/email)
  • Able to deal with organization and coordination of local meetings, conferences, travel arrangements etc 
  • To effectively ensure and assist that health and safety procedures are fully in place
  • To cooperate with our SSC in UK (Vat-coding- payments)
