What we’re looking for
We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Contract Senior Administrator to join our Global Technical and Sales Operations (GTSO) team. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support throughout the pre-contract process, ensuring documentation, quotations, contracts, and job bookings are completed accurately and efficiently.

A Fixed term contract of 6 months
The role
- Support the pre-contract team in meeting business objectives and Global TSO KPIs.
- Prioritise and process documentation, data, and information in line with business requirements and agreed service levels.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and document management activities.
- Create sales quotations and customer contracts in accordance with established procedures.
- Generate contracts for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Book jobs into the job management system accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
- Manage shared mailboxes by categorising and distributing tasks appropriately.
- Respond to and resolve complex internal and external customer queries while building positive working relationships.
- Coach and support team members to encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with internal procedures, contractual requirements, and budget considerations.
- Work safely at all times by following Lloyd’s Register health and safety policies and reporting incidents or concerns promptly.
What you bring
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role, within a commercial, operations, or customer service environment.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to resolve routine and complex queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English appropriate for the role.
- Ability to work both on your own and collaboratively within a team.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
