Data Administrator

We are seeking a Data Administrator to manage and maintain accurate client data across our systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and updating client accounts, ensuring data integrity, adhering to Data Governance processes and policies, and supporting teams by providing accurate data to facilitate informed decision-making.

The role 

 

  • Account Creation and Amendments:
    Manage requests for new account creation and amendments, including company name changes without altering VAT numbers. Ensure accounts are synced and locked in Salesforce for data consistency.
  • Adherence to Standards and SLAs:
    Follow global standards and processes to ensure consistency and reliability. Perform activities within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Line of Business (LOB) Updates:
    Raise and track tasks to add necessary LOB information to client accounts.
  • Customer Relationship Updates:
    Send structured requests to the Global Master Data team for updating customer relationships and linking accounts as needed.
  • Contact and Billing Details:
    Update contact and billing information for client accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • VAT Number Updates:
    Update and verify client VAT numbers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Master Data Management (MDM) Support:
    Participate in ad hoc MDM data cleansing activities to uphold high data quality standards.
  • Client Engagement:
    Address routine client queries within the scope of Commercial Operations, escalate complex issues to the appropriate subject matter expert, and keep Salesforce and the account manager updated.
  • Feedback Handling:
    Escalate client feedback to the relevant account owner or CRM, and support the prompt resolution of complaints in line with the complaints process, BMS, and all applicable SLAs.
  • Process Adherence:
    Ensure compliance with all applicable processes, including ByD and commercial operations processes.
  • Professional Integrity:
    Always act with integrity, adhering to internal procedures, legislation, and accreditation schemes. Pursue continuous professional development to maintain a high level of relevant knowledge.
  • Client Centricity:
    Proactively identify customer needs and promote a client-centric culture, ensuring positive and consistent client experiences throughout their journey.

 

 

What you bring 

  • Fluency in written and spoken English (and local language, if applicable), with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and able to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
  • A flexible, results-driven approach to managing varying and competing client and business demands.
  • Highly adaptable and organized, with a practical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Strong team player, contributing to the achievement of departmental and business goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues, and navigate ambiguous situations.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
