We are looking for a strategic GTM Architecture & Client Data professional who can bridge business, technology and data to deliver scalable, commercially effective solutions. Combining solid Salesforce experience, systems thinking and data governance capability, you will play a key role in shaping LR’s GTM architecture, improving client data quality and enabling more connected, efficient and insight-driven Marketing and Commercial operations. You will be comfortable translating business requirements into practical solutions, managing cross-functional stakeholders and implementing technology, automation and AI-enabled capabilities that support future growth.

What we offer you

The opportunity to work for an organization that has a clear sense of purpose, is values-based and helps colleagues to develop professionally and personally through our range of people development programmes.

A full-time permanent role

The role

  • Design and coordinate the evolution of LR’s marketing and go-to-market (GTM) architecture, creating scalable, secure and commercially effective technology solutions.
  • Shape the target-state GTM environment across Salesforce, Account Engagement and connected platforms, including system dependencies, integration patterns, data flows and technical standards.
  • Develop and manage the marketing technology roadmap, business requirements and prioritised delivery backlog, aligned to the strategic direction set by the Head of Marketing Operations.
  • Improve the quality, structure, governance and usability of client, account, contact, lead, opportunity and campaign data.
  • Establish data definitions, ownership, validation rules and governance processes, while enhancing account hierarchies, identity resolution, segmentation and data stewardship practices.
  • Refine lead, contact, account, opportunity and campaign processes to improve alignment between Marketing and Commercial teams and support better commercial outcomes.
  • Translate marketing and commercial requirements into clear solution designs, data specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate delivery with Aventra, CTIO and internal stakeholders, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, tested, documented and maintainable.
  • Lead business acceptance testing (UAT), release planning and stakeholder adoption for significant system enhancements and changes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, integrations and low-code technologies, and evaluate build, buy and partner options for new GTM capabilities.
  • Establish the foundations for AI-enabled GTM workflows and decision-support capabilities, ensuring appropriate controls for data access, permissions, privacy, testing, monitoring and human oversight.
  • Partner closely with Marketing Operations, Commercial Excellence, CTIO, Reporting & Insights teams and external partners to deliver technology and data solutions that improve decision-making and commercial performance.

What you bring

  • Solid experience in GTM architecture, Salesforce, Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology or business systems within a B2B environment.
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce data structures, objects, workflows, automation and security.
  • Experience with Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) or a comparable marketing automation platform.
  • Experience designing system architectures, data models, integrations or scalable technical solutions.
  • Understanding of lead, contact, account, opportunity and campaign management processes.
  • Experience improving data quality, governance, validation, identity resolution and stewardship.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into solution designs and technical specifications.
  • Experience managing delivery with technology teams, consultants or implementation partners.
  • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, automation and event-driven concepts.
  • Experience with UAT, release governance, documentation and technical acceptance.
  • Knowledge of privacy, consent, permissions, access controls and security principles.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-enabled workflows, Data Cloud, integration platforms or low-code technologies.

You are someone who

  • Is keen to take accountability and ownership for delivering customer needs
  • Is able to self-manage and prioritize tasks towards meeting goals
  • Is effective at solving problems, trouble-shooting and making timely decisions
  • Is motivated and willing to take initiative
  • Communicates in a structured way and has ability to present technical ideas in user-friendly language
  • Displays a team spirit, particularly in a multicultural environment
