What we’re looking for
As the Learning Programme Manager at Lloyd's Register, your primary responsibility is to support the Learning Business Partner and Head of Talent Solutions to programme manage the key People Development learning programmes and interventions. You will work closely with the Learning Coordinators to deliver all programmes smoothly and efficiently and deliver a robust ROI for the business.

The role
- Learning Programme management: Programme manage the Leadership and Talent programmes and skill initiatives which build capability in learning across the organisation.to be made.
- Coordination with third party Supplier: Work with programme specialist suppliers to support the delivery of each programme. This includes annual mapping, programme planning and budget management, nomination process ensuring training is delivered on time and within budget.
- Business Partnership: In partnership with the business, deliver a simple nominations process which runs smoothly and in a timely way and ensuring there are no duplications and overlapping of attendees.
- Metrics and ROI: Working with the Learning Coordinator collate and gather programmatic data to build ROI and Impact metrics for reporting purposes.
- Programme Collateral: Working with the third-party suppliers and/or Learning Content Architect create and manage programme collateral, connect pages and viva engage posts which support the overall attendee experience.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders around programme delivery, support query management and provide data points for business updates.
- Third party relationships: Build robust relationships with third party external suppliers delivering programmes for smooth delivery and impact of the programme.
- Budget Management and Planning: Support any requirements around tracking spend in relation to the Talent and Learning agenda.
- Data Analysis: Assist in implementing changes and developments within the People Development function to meet future business demands and enhance Lloyd's Register's competitive position.
- Process Efficiency: Working with the Learning Experience and Operations Lead, HR Operations Teams and IT to ensure that the programme processes and procedures are effective and efficient to meet business requirements.
What you bring
- Degree level or professional experience and preferably qualifications in Project or Programme Management, preferably within Learning, Talent and / or HR
- Experience of managing stakeholders and have a proven track record programme delivery and risk management
- Experience in the operational delivery of Talent and Learning programmes including working with third parties.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Learning and Development best practise
- Excellent organisational and programme planning experience, strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management
- The ability to provide work collaboratively, consult effectively and independently with senior levels of the organisation to deliver effective measurable outcomes

- Proven management skills with the ability to work in a high performing supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to address diverse organisational stakeholder.
- Proficiency in the English language commensurate with the work.
- Proven experience in successfully managing a team.
