The Role

This is a hands-on Marketing Operations role focused on the successful delivery and optimisation of global marketing activity. You will sit at the centre of our marketing and revenue engine, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively, aligned to commercial priorities, and deliver measurable impact. You will also have deep technical understanding of marketing technology enablement tools.

Working closely with the wider Marketing Operations, CMO, commercial and CTIO teams you will;

  • Be accountable for the effective delivery and of campaigns across channels
  • Drive performance through continuous optimisation
  • Ensure marketing activity and attributably contributes to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Help shape requirements for marketing automation
  • Help shape requirements for marketing technology stack improvements.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working across teams to make campaigns land well, improve performance through data, and ensure marketing activity delivers tangible results.


Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery & Execution

  • Be accountable for the successful delivery of global marketing campaigns, ensuring activity is executed on time, on budget, and aligned to agreed processes and objectives
  • Work with campaign owners and segment leads to translate priorities into clear, executable plans, managed through Microsoft planner
  • Coordinate cross-channel execution, ensuring alignment across teams and consistency in delivery
  • Manage reporting to ensure reports are produced on time and with the highest degree of accuracy.

Digital & Campaign Performance

  • Support the delivery of campaigns across LR.org and digital channels, ensuring activity aligns to commercial objectives
  • Monitor performance and drive optimisation across campaigns, focusing on engagement, conversion, and contribution to pipeline
  • Work with agency partners to ensure digital activity is effectively executed and continuously improved
  • Work with marketing technology partners to increase impact of campaign spend.

Paid Media & Outbound Execution

  • Manage PPC and paid media delivery across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Demandbase in partnership with agencies
  • Ensure outbound activity is targeted, timely, and aligned to campaign objectives
  • Continuously refine performance based on data and campaign insight

Lead Management & Funnel Performance

  • Support the execution of lead management processes, ensuring campaigns generate high-quality, actionable leads
  • Monitor funnel performance (MQLs, conversion rates, engagement signals) and identify opportunities to improve outcomes
  • Work with commercial and marketing teams to strengthen targeting, lead quality, and follow-up effectiveness

Campaign Insight & Optimisation

  • Interpret campaign performance data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Ensure campaigns are tracked against defined KPIs and success measures
  • Support consistent, outcome-focused reporting to enable better decision-making

Collaboration & Commercial Alignment

  • Work closely with commercial and product marketing teams to ensure campaign delivery supports business priorities and client needs
  • Coordinate with marketing colleagues to ensure integrated delivery across channels and regions
  • Provide clear communication on campaign progress, performance, and optimisation actions

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Delivery, or Digital Marketing within a global B2B environment
  • Strong track record of supporting the delivery and optimisation of global multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact
  • Practical experience managing campaign execution, including digital, paid media, and outbound activity
  • Demonstrable experience linking campaign activation to marketing revenue metrics (going beyond click and view to bottom of funnel reporting to repot campaign contribute to pipeline and growth
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Experience optimising CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot) to support campaign delivery
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communicator, able to work across teams and identify and resolve issues early
  • Maintains consistently high standards of written and spoken English, with strong attention to detail and clarity in all communications.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with agency partners
  • Exposure to account-based marketing or targeted B2B campaigns
  • Interest in AI and its application in marketing delivery and optimisation
