What we’re looking for
- The People Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Global DEI Manager to manage the DEI strategy, programmes and interventions as part of our people and culture strategy. You will be responsible for creating the project governance approach, including tools and templates. Once established, you will be responsible for monitoring progress and reporting monthly.
- You will have the programme of delivery of 5 to 10 programmes – all cross functional in nature and offering material contribution to our 3-year DEI and culture strategy. You will have worked in a matrix environment to ensure all elements of the programme of work remain on track.

The role
- Manage the 3-year programme plan.
- Monitor interdependencies and support the DEI Manager in resolving cross workstream/programme issues.
- Facilitate overall Programme Change Management.
- Maintain and update the Programme RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Maintain and update Actions & Decision Log.
- Ensure the established Programme cadence discipline is maintained to ensure pace of planning and delivery.
- Produce consolidated programme status reporting for the People Leadership Group.
- Support the DEI Manager for Board reporting.
- Maintain Project Teams site, access rights, templates, toolkit and reference data.
- Lead discrete projects as required, with complete accountability.
- Support with tracking and reporting on the budget.
Key Governance Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Programme RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
 Maintain and update Actions & Decision Log
- Contribute to the People Risk Register, documenting and testing appropriate controls to mitigate potential issues.
 Ensuring compliance in all countries with statutory regulations and reporting requirements.
What you bring 
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience
- Project management training across the lifecycle, ideally with certification
- A track record of project delivery
- Evidence of proactivity and ownership
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communicator with evidence of the ability to influence stakeholders with well-planned, concise narratives
- Strong reporting skills, able to use data and visuals to engage and enlighten the audience
- Understanding of change management
