What we’re looking for 

 

  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced People Service Delivery (Human Resource Shared Services) Team Leader to join our HR department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the process linked to overall Employee Life Cycle except for the two ends of the spectrum viz. Onboarding and Offboarding. Additionally, you will manage and administer employee benefits programs, working closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and the HR team. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and passion for employee success will contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.

 

  • The Transactions Team Leader will help support the drive for the Service Delivery team to be a scalable, customer and delivery focused, effective function. This role will drive SLA adherence, ensuring processes are globally consistent and executed to exceptional standards. The role holder will take accountability for ensuring processes and constantly refined, up to date, and best in class, seeking out automation and improvement opportunities, whilst ensuring a great colleague experience.

The role 

 

  • Leadership within the People Service Delivery team. Taking a collaborative one team approach to working.
  • Develop and implement effective initiatives towards employee life cycle events to ensure a positive experience for employees, enabling them to contribute smoothly to the organisation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee key events and initiatives with key stakeholders across the HR team, ensuring all necessary paperwork, training materials, and resources are provided.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and team members, answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with the completion of required forms and documentation.
  • Build out capability of newly established function with clear service definition, SLAs and management support frameworks in place.
  • Build out a clear capacity management planning to anticipate and respond to cyclical, BAU and ad hoc activities as they arise in a thought through and effective manner.
  • Work closely with other teams within HR to manage cases as they come in and process within a timely manner, focusing on moving activities to tier 0, improving the employee experience, and automating where possible.
  • Work with the People Technology team to maintain and manage SuccessFactors and ServiceNow to the highest possible standard, with clear standard operating procedures in place and the removal of any single point of failure.
  • Ensure exceptional process adherence, data accuracy and adhere to relevant process escalation where required.
  • Problem-solve and deep-dive into process errors and issues as they arise.
  • Work closely with Payroll, Benefits, Pension and any other relevant teams on people data requirements, defining clear processes with workflow management.
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture by using problem-solving, communications, analytics and stakeholder engagement coupled with a pragmatic approach to drive continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and development for team members, aligning resources to meet operational objectives / KPIs and business demands.


 

What you bring  

 

  • Should have had experience in HR operations, specifically shared services.
  • Should have had some experience with leading a team.
  • Should have worked in an organisation with a global outlook and hence should have international stakeholder management experience.
  • Should be proficient in English, written and spoken.
  • Should be willing to work with a team present across the globe.
