We are currently looking for someone to strengthen our team in Haifa - Israël.


What will you do    
As a Inspector you are part of a team of passionate technicians. You will independently visit various Lloyd's Register customers and use your experience to check their assets against relevant standards. On the basis of national and international laws and regulations, customer specifications you will inspect, approve or - assess installations, parts of installations, reparations and / or products. This can involve new construction or existing in-service installations.


Your main requirements will be:

  • To perform assessments and provide advice for service delivery within agreed parameters that include budget constraints and contractual requirements.
  • To produce the deliverable within the agreed parameters in a defined format.
  • To discuss/present the deliverable with the external client and be able to assess alternative solutions where appropriate.
  • Undertake routine administration as required in line with current processes and procedures
  • To assess/ recommend the time/value of the work to be undertaken for an external client within an agreed fee/cost structure and issue quotations up to an agreed limit and Lloyd’s Register’s standard terms and conditions (e.g. Commercial Notice)


What do we ask from you 

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognised university;
  • Preferably a qualified member of a recognised professional body e.g. www.nspe.org, www.cae.cn, www.engc.org.uk, www.ecindia.org.
  • Sufficient relevant working experience (1/2 years) to demonstrate good awareness of the relevant requirements for third party inspection of materials, pressure equipment;
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills in Hebrew as well as English at all levels;
  • Ability to work both independently as well as an effective member of a team;
