The role

This is an ideal move for an HR generalist who is excited by the prospect of working on a broad range of challenges, with a high level of client interaction. You will be an all-round professional, sharing your knowledge with managers across the Central and Eastern Europe territory – home to around 350 employees.

You will:

  • work alongside the Area HR Manager as part of a team of generalists supporting North Europe (plus colleagues in our London-based Centre of Excellence)
  • be providing support on anything from contract advice for permanent and contractor roles to coaching managers, to legal cases and onboarding
  • have the chance to work on initiatives to develop global and local processes as we continue to reshape our business
  • contribute your ideas on how HR should be embedded into the organisation

You will need:

  • a degree and/or a qualification in HR/employment law
  • experience in working for a global organisation and be motivated by the opportunity to work across territories
  • Preferably some experience of working with manager and employees in other European countries.
  • You have delivered labor policy and regulations before.
  • Ability to drive change, and develop and manage resourcing activities
  • Ability to build strong relationships and take a hands-on approach

What we offer:

  • An attractive remuneration package
  • An exciting working environment with intellectual challenges, responsibility, and high-level client interaction
  • You will be working in a friendly work environment which is highly productive, collaborative and innovative -- where your voice is heard.
  • Working Hours: Vollzeit 36h per week (Montags bis Freitags)
  • Company Social Benefits Fund

This role does not offer sponsorship employment benefits

Why join us?

  • Tackle an intellectually challenging role at a time of organisational change
  • Be part of an independent organisation with a strong purpose – one that’s guided by principles, not just profit.
