<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">We are hiring for a Client Relationship Manager. <span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">Establishing deep relationships and finding solutions for customers’ technical issues, you will also identify and pursue new sales opportunities, broadening the scope and type of projects we deliver.


<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">You will:

  • <span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">Manage and take responsibility for the service delivery of designated customer accounts, from planning to certification through to invoice, ensuring strategic forward planning and resource availability, in line with or ahead of agreed business SLAs.
  • <span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">Working closely with the wider internal team, champion complex customer needs and to anticipate customer complaints to support a positive experience.
  • <span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">Oversee allocation of assessor resources to deliver client audit programs, proactively working to address any cross-team conflicts to find win win solutions aligned to agreed timescales, while supporting the prioritisation of key accounts.
  • <span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">Take ownership of team service delivery in line with or ahead of agreed SLAs. Take responsibility for analysing customer NPS results and manager follow-up actions with the team.
  • <span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">Take ownership for the escalation of service delivery issues within or ahead of agreed SLAs. Proactively identify and propose improvements to processes and procedures via the management team.


<span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">You will need:

  • <span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">Degree or equivalent experience in food industry
  • <span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">Sound knowledge of the assurance schemes
  • <span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">Awareness of the food manufacturing industry legislation and codes of practice, understanding of global supply chains.
  • <span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">Knowledge of key industry consumer issues such as food safety, authenticity, sustainability, and ethical practices
  • <span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • <span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">Ability to prioritise and excellent attention to detail.
  • <span style="font-family:"Source Sans Pro",sans-serif">Skilled in IT, Microsoft Office, and their application to problem solving.
