We are now recruiting for a Customised Assurance Resource Planner in our Houston office, located in the Energy Corridor. This is a highly visible, client facing role which will work to optimise fee-earning resource utilisation through intelligent planning and to support the delivery of a professional and responsive service to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with internal and external clients to help build and maintain the business, and improve the businesses competitive position.
  • Plan client visits/activities in line with client and business needs, through effective and efficient allocation of available field force resources.
  • Liaise with other Customised Assurance business areas and offices to ensure effective prioritisation of resource in the development and delivery of Customised Assurance services.
  • Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of client data in Customised Assurance  business systems.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings and resource planning initiatives




  • Experience of working in a resource planning or logistics environment and/or business to business client service environment, preferably dealing with business clients is an advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language, as applicable), with a good understanding of business language.
  • Able to analyse problems and assist with developing solutions whilst meeting the requirements of internal procedures and external regulatory authorities.
  • Computer literate in MS Office.
