What we're looking for

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to guide our regional marketing strategy across Greater China and oversee strategic B2B service marketing and end-to-end marketing communications. As part of the global and regional marketing teams, you will adapt global campaigns and strategies into locally relevant stories, expand Lloyd’s Register’s brand visibility, support commercial growth, and deliver consistent messaging across the region.

The ideal candidate will bring deep B2B sales and marketing experience, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively across multiple regions while delivering measurable business results.

The role

  • Work with the Regional Head of Marketing and the wider marketing team to develop regional marketing strategies and roadmaps for Greater China, aligned with global brand guidelines and local business objectives.
  • Oversee the full planning, creation, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across every customer touchpoint.
  • Identify growth opportunities across key regional markets and develop targeted marketing initiatives to support business growth.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies focused on storytelling, customer education and community building.
  • Oversee the development of regional marketing content, including articles, videos, graphics, and interactive assets across digital channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications in accordance with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Manage the regional website and social media presence to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, TSO and Service Delivery teams to ensure integrated campaign planning and execution.
  • Partner with the global marketing team to align messaging, value propositions, storytelling and campaign narratives.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring effective investment across priority markets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using agreed KPIs, supporting ongoing improvement and measurable marketing ROI.


What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or marketing roles.
  • Work experience in business development or marketing across Asia, with a solid history of generating business results.
  • Experience within the maritime or energy industry
  • Solid understanding of B2B service marketing and client-centric marketing strategies.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and content strategies.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Solid project leadership and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively across teams.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills within global and regional matrix organizations.
  • Commercially minded, results-oriented and able to solve problems while delivering measurable business impact.
