Role purpose: |
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to effectively implement the HSES Strategy and Management System for the geography of responsibility. Effectively engage the workforce with innovative HSES programs and drive best practices to improve the HSES culture. |

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements: |
Bachelor’s degree in Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or a relevant field |
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent, along with membership of a relevant professional body is preferred |
High level of HSES knowledge and regulatory requirements related to geography of responsibility |
Strong cultural sensitivity, interpersonal and communication skills in a multi-cultural environment |
Proven experience in developing solutions to HSES challenges and assisting operations with implementation |
Proven experience of effectively driving and successfully implementing HSES programs in high risk industries |
