Position Type: 4 months maternity contract. Start work 1st Dec 2020



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist to generate and follow-up on standard client quotes, purchase orders and contract;
  2. Record and Issue control numbers once job awarded;
  3. Create job in SAP (BYD) system;
  4. Ensure general administration is managed on a daily basis, such that the office runs smoothly and that all documents are accurately filed in line with the agreed document retention and archiving policy.



  • At least 2 years admin/clerical working experience;
  • Minimum Diploma holders and above
  • Able to commit to 4 months maternity cover
  • Fluent English skills in both written and verbal communications;
  • MUST HAVE excellent IT skills – Word , Excel , SAP
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt and successfully multi task;
  • Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative;
  • Effective time management with the ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines;
  • Efficiency, accuracy, attention to details;
  • Friendly, enthusiastic and a good team player.
