We are looking for an enthusiastic recruitment marketing specialist to drive our global employer brand and recruitment marketing activities across LR on a 6 month fixed term contract.

 

Over the last few years, we have worked hard to develop our social and digital channels, developing our careers site and refreshing our careers pages. We need someone to take this forward, to continue driving the best talent to the organisation. Working in our resourcing team, you will be positioning LR as a great place to work across all the current global talent communities within the social space.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to continue to make a significant impact on how we influence talent through social conversation. You will be the subject matter expert for our global employer brand to attract candidates to join all LR’s business streams. Your recruitment marketing expertise and insight  will reach across the whole HR organisation, up to the executive leadership team, and you will have the responsibility to collaborate with different departments to attain practical responses where needed for community sites such as Glassdoor.

 

About You:

We are looking for someone who is an expert in their field, someone who is smart and enthusiastic at what they do and not phased by pressure. This is a global role and you will be positioned as a thought leader and subject matter expert in your field. You will collaborate with our global talent acquisition team and business marketing teams to ensure our messaging is aligned with the businesses’ objectives. An inquisitive mindset is crucial to maintaining our proposition within emerging marketing trends to put us ahead of our competitors.

 

You will be expected to reimagine LR content for our global campaigns to continue to promote and grow our online communities. You will be expected to innovate whilst managing and investing campaign budgets efficiently.

 

Your role will include the maintenance and evolution of the Careers website for Lloyd’s Register and be responsible for all content and imagery on the site, on behalf of Group Communications. You will be responsible for deploying the look and feel and tone of voice, in-line with the branding guidelines.  We are looking for someone who is a natural relationship builder, as you will be closely aligned to Corporate Comms for your role.

 

You will collate, report and analyse all KPI and metrics globally across all digital channels on a monthly basis. The outcomes will drive direction, spend and return on investment choices, internally and externally.

 

The successful applicant will be an effective communicator capable of aligning key messages to different global cultures, and have solid experience with websites and social media channels. You'll also need to have strong project management skills and an ability to work to timelines whilst ensuring accuracy and integrity.

 

Most importantly, you will have a genuine passion for the impact that a great employer brand has on our organisation. You will understand the real value of driving top talent to our organisation and showing LR as a great place to work.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • You will own and implement the recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
  • You will curate and own a content plan for employer brand, showcasing people stories across the organisation and bringing them to life on social media
  • Create engaging job descriptions, and campaigns across social media platforms
  • Track, measure and report on social media and campaign results
  • Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters
  • Oversee company’s career site and suggest improvements
  • Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
  • Monitor Glassdoor and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers, as well as reporting your findings to the HR Leadership team
  • Create reports on key recruitment marketing metrics
  • Work closely with the resourcing team to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges
  • Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
  • Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels
