The role

 

Nettitude is looking to fill a New Business Development Executive role in our New Business Sales Team in order to carry out lead generation, development and business activities to maximise sales revenue for Nettitude’s services, in accordance with agreed business plans.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities on a daily basis, would be as follows:

 

  • Deliver £GM versus target
     
  • Develop 60+ low yield accounts from inbound leads and outbound lead generation
     
  • Develop an account from small yield/small footprint to multiple lines of business
     
  • Manage and process enquiries generated from website and other marketing activity to ensure successful win.
     
  • Manage new accounts and expand client base, incorporating cross selling wherever possible
     
  • Ensure dialogue is maintained with AMs for successful handover of the account for delivery of work and positive management of the account for further development after a 12-month period.
     
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets agreed with the Sales Team Leader
     
  • Report on closed sales and work on repeat business
     
  • Have a good knowledge of the competitive environment

 

  • Ensure all client data is entered onto CRM after every telephone call and all details regarding the client are populated.

 

  • Manage inbound sales requests to grow business opportunities
    Undertake any training necessary to carry out duties and responsibilities.

 

  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the level and responsibilities of the post.

 

  • Work in harmony with all other personnel and to communicate in an open and courteous manner with colleagues and customers.

 

  • Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.

 

 

Key skills:

 

  • Strong telephone and communication skills as you would be expected to deliver 150 phone calls/conversations per week;
  • Previous experience of selling and/or dealing with customers
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Cyber Security experience an advantage
