The role

 

As Demand Generation Manager, you will work as part of the wider Marketing team to help create interest in and excitement for Nettitude’s services to attract and retain customers, as well as drive revenue. You will oversee all of the tactics used to develop and cultivate long-term customer relationships. You will use your experience and strategic knowledge to help the organisation enter and succeed in new markets, advertise and sell new services, and fine-tune our customer experience programs.

 

 

Location

 

This role is currently remote, but will be expected to be office based in Leamington Spa one to two days a week for the foreseeable future from 21st June, in line with current Government guidance in England.

 

What you will be doing in your role:

 

  • Responsibility of email campaign process from planning to deployment including email content/copy writing/imagery
  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders to develop campaign concepts that positively promote our services and Nettitude as a thought leader in the industry
  • Use data and testing to optimise and improve content and targeting for all communications
  • Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager to develop a clear content and communications strategy
  • Create engaging email campaigns and send users to relevant pages on the websites
  • Be the Point-of-Contact for Internal and external partners on both physical and virtual events
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
  • Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels and markets
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns and programs
  • Develop customer personas and know their buying preferences
  • Know the Nettitude brand and services inside and out
  • Assist in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Work within the team of Marketing professionals and collaborate with other departments, like sales and technical, to develop and enhance strategies
  • Identify new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
  • Assure buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Measure and analyse campaign and marketing success
  • Deliver performance reports to leadership and departments you partner with

 

 

Key skills:

 

The following are the requirements for this role:

 

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the email marketing channel
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar platform
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Excellent Reporting Skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines while remaining calm when under pressure
  • Strong desire to learn with the ability to work independently
  • An enthusiastic team player
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills
  • Educated to degree level
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
