What we’re looking for
As part of this role, as an Integration Product Owner, you will lead the development and implementation of integration solutions leveraging Azure technologies. You'll collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and offshore teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies will be essential for managing the product backlog and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

The role
- Lead the development and implementation of integration solutions using Microsoft Azure tools.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable Features and User Stories in ADO.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Work with architects to define and manage the technology roadmap.
- Work with supplier scrum masters to support Agile/scrum ceremonies and delivery processes.
- Own the service management framework for the Integration service including incident and service request management as well as the Integration Service’s security posture.
- Own the development and delivery of a continuous improvement plan to complement the technology roadmap as well as improvements to processes and delivery rules.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that integration solutions meet quality standards and client expectations.
What you bring
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in integration projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of Azure technologies – including familiarity with the MS Fabric suite of solutions.
- Strong understanding of integration architectural patterns, security requirements and test strategies for APIs and data exchanges.
- Excellent client engagement and communication skills.
- Solid project management experience, with a focus on Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with offshore teams and managing remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
