Inside Sales Representative


Role Purpose

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be driving new and expansion business across EMEA. You will develop and execute sales plans and activities to exceed sales targets through outstanding teamwork, targeted prospecting, high-touch selling processes and exceptional customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and drive inbound and outbound leads and opportunities.
  • Communicate the benefits of the LR Digital and Portfolio Companies and the benefits of LR’s Digital Software products.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer / account relationships.
  • Qualify Marketing generated leads using approaches such as BANT
  • Follow the LR Digital Sales Methodology to efficiently conduct needs assessment at various levels and within multiple customer groups (technical, line of business, executive)
  • Develop additional strategies to scale and grow the number of opportunities outside of the LR Digital lead generation process using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce etc.
  • Continually monitor the competitive landscape to be able to better present the benefits of using our software solutions
  • Conduct discussions with prospective customers by phone and email to understand pain points and effectively correlate business value to needs, with examples
  • Achieve weekly / monthly / quarterly sales goals and targets
  • Update and maintain prospect information within Salesforce.com, sharing regular updates with EMEA sales team to ensure each SQL is understood and next steps are clearly defined


Skills and Experience

  • Quota carrying sales experience of 3 years plus, ideally within the Software Industry
  • Excellent telephone, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated, results driven, with a hunter mentality
  • Eager to learn and ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
  • Comfortable speaking with both senior and practitioner audiences
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate all product value propositions to customers and prospects.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in achieving and exceeding assigned revenue targets  
  • Strong sense of accountability
  • CRM experience – ideally Salesforce
  • Experience of using LinkedIn Sales Navigator alongside other prospecting tools
