What we’re looking for
As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing HR projects, driving operational efficiency across the People Operations teams, ensuring that HR processes and practices are optimised for performance, scalability, and employee experience. This role involves collaborating closely with HR teams, business leaders, and external partners to streamline HR operations, manage the implementation of our technology roadmap and support strategic initiatives. You would work closely with the Global People Operations Director and People Operations Management team to drive the global People Transformation agenda.

The role
Process Optimisation and Delivery
- Lead People Team projects and initiatives, and draft and plan out all related communications, with effective stakeholder management.
- Take accountability to resolve critical issues or urgent operational challenges.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency gains within HR processes, introducing globalized processes
- Implement streamlined workflows and best practices.
- Support development and launch of Global People Process Framework
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead best practice on producing SOPs and process maps across People Operations
- People Operations - Communication, Visibility and Engagement
- Support to introduce better ways of working (e.g. Introduction of tools such as project plan templates, risk and issues log, capacity planner)
- Facilitate and lead discussions to help drive activities & closure of tasks.
- Support to navigate risks & issues
- Create and drive forums to enable better communication, visibility and engagement.
People Operations Transformation
- Support the delivery of the vision for a modern HR service in collaboration with the HR Leadership Team
- Challenge current ways of working in a constructive way, building momentum to generate a culture of continuous improvement, displaying strong and inclusive leadership, critical thinking, inspiring team members to get involved, and fostering teamwork. Setting a good example, exemplifying the company's values, and empowering teams to foster change
- Initial set up for the transformation project (project plan, governance, risks and issue monitoring and resources)
- Oversee and lead the project (be aware of all activities, key milestones, engage with stakeholders regularly for updates & awareness)
- Deliver on time & within the quality anticipated
- Stakeholder management, engagement, comms and change management.
- Project Management
- Drive key HR projects related to operational improvement and the wider HR Transformation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, meeting the organization's objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and adoption of projects.
- Support the team to create project plans (where required), track activities, timelines and confirm ownership
- Facilitate regular review meetings
- Support with change management: Drafting comms, confirming stakeholders, engagement, training, FAQ documents
- Risk & issues monitoring & management. Ensuring that items are escalated at the appropriate times, where required. Scheduling monthly review meetings with the Senior Leadership Team.
- Track overall progress and lead monthly review meetings with the Senior Leadership Team.
- Target Operating Models
- Contribute to the design and implementation of target operating models
- Align HR processes with strategic business objectives
- Foster a culture of agility and adaptability.
What you bring
- Degree level education or equivalent qualification. An appropriate post-graduate or professional qualification is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in optimizing end to end HR processes, preferably in a global matrix organization
- Experience in project management and relevant certifications are considered an asset
- Experience in implementing HR Technology improvements.
- A results-oriented individual with a passion for delivering high-quality HR services.
- Process Optimisation: Deep understanding of process optimisation, including process globalisation and process mapping, SOPs.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects, from initiation through implementation, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders.

- Innovative and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Self-starter, resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent command (written and oral) in English language using relevant professional terminology.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft products including excel, word and power point.
- Ability to plan, handle effectively multiple priorities and drive high quality results
- Communicate in a structured way and ability to present ideas and concepts effectively to internal and external stakeholders across levels
- Flexibility, adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges
- Drive for results, solution focused thinking and is keen to take accountability and ownership for delivering customer needs.
- Have perseverance in the face of obstacles and demonstrates attention to detail.
- Display a team spirit, particularly in a multicultural environment and ability to work both independently and as part of a team with colleagues in person and around the world.
