The product marketing manager role is a key one for LR digital products, as this person will be responsible for creating differentiating messaging and content for our software offerings. Understanding the products, where we play, how we win and user/buyer personas will be fundamental for your success. Best of all, our ambition includes expanding to new geographies and new verticals, and you will be key on structuring and achieving those goals.


Another important part of the role is the content production that for different stages of the buying journey, and to adjust it based on learnings on the market dynamics. It is important that you bring customer needs and gaps into the product management team to make our products not only ideal for our customers but forward-looking as well. Learning what went well, what resonated, and what can be improved to be even more effective on our content will be fundamental for your success.


Finally, generating demand would be part of your responsibilities. Translating the content you generate into a well-thought plan with clear objectives that can be measured by working closely with marketing, product and sales in order to increase our pipeline with MQLs provides this role with the visibility that would only allow you to expand your knowledge and grow.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage and execute the go-to-market strategy, messaging and positioning for our suite of digital products, ensuring that a clear calendar of activities is communicated, which directly aligns to business strategy and growth.
  • Create content that supports digital products thought leadership for promotion across media and digital channels in collaboration with Digital Marketing and the Group Communications team, tailored to specific buyer audiences to articulate the benefits of the products and USPs.
  • Develop client facing value propositions using client insight and market knowledge.
  • Build sales toolkits and collateral to launch new and existing digital products.
  • Be the voice of the customer in all marketing materials with the support of the Insight and Customer Experience Directors.
  • Take user and buyer personas for a spin and evolve them based on customer and market trends.
  • Create innovative marketing programs that drive demand.
  • Develop compelling campaigns to help contribute to the sales pipeline and create product awareness.
  • Oversee the effectiveness of inbound lead scoring program as well as lead routing with the Marketing and Operations team.
  • Regularly track and report on demand generation KPIs including lead, MQL, SQL, and opportunity influence.



  • At least 3 years’ experience in software product marketing.
  • Experience in software product marketing.
  • Experience in and knowledge of the energy sector.
  • Experience creating and managing end-to-end integrated digital campaigns
  • Understanding and awareness of technical consulting and product development environments.
  • Experience with database segmentation, lead nurturing, and message testing
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is required.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and Google Advertising platforms is required.
  • Experience with DemandBase a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience.
  • Self-starter, able to work and project manage autonomously.
  • Confident, self-motivated and demonstrates initiative.
