Business Performance Coordinator – Part-time (Flexible schedule) 21 hours per week

To manage, analyse and report on audit findings and data from data sources to the businesses and the Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE) Leadership Team. To support the delivery of programmes of improvement and change as well as provide support to the QHSE team with administrative tasks, record keeping and other appropriate activities.

The role 

  • Act as primary point of contact internally for audit data
  • Manage the external relationship between LR and Intelex for the audit management application (this includes maintain a relationship with Pentana) providing oversight of the system and system administration
  • Manage permissions for the LR Intelex user community
  • Handle related Intelex IT helpdesk support calls
  • Provide general support to users of Intelex or similar tool– focusing on the audit management application with scope to include incident management and inspections as required but to include as required training and developing and maintain guidance material
  • Support lead auditors to ensure all findings and updates are accurate and recorded in a timely manner
  • Monitor the reporting process to ensure that all audits and related findings are recorded in Intelex
  • Complete quarterly gap analysis to ensure that all expected audits are accurately recorded to identify and correct any inconsistencies on how audits and findings are reported/managed
  • Support the development of Quality incidents and deploy the solution into the relevant tool being used
  • Coordinate data from across the QHSE function, gather information and create accurate reports
  • Work alongside the wider QHSE Operational Performance team to identify areas for improvement in the implement necessary changes
  • Support corporate reporting process by providing the required data for the monthly reports / dashboards and any other ad hoc reporting requirements
  • Maintain a relationship with our Data Orchestration team to ensure that where required the QHSE function can implement changes to their dashboard(s)
  • Monitor and respond to the QHSE and where required the TQA Inbox while maintaining the Connect Hub Page(s)
  • Provide support when required around QHSE function contracts, notifying and working with relevant person before renewal.
  • Become a user of BYD to help raise POs, receipt invoices and coordinate new supplier inputs

 

What you bring 

  • Small project management experience
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English commensurate with the role
  • Experience working with an audit management system
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and competency
  • Good understanding and knowledge of LR’s Business Management systems and auditing process/approach
