You will be the subject matter expert for our compensation programs, providing data, insight, and analysis.  Working with our global People team colleagues, you will work to improve the efficiency of our processes and ensure that from implementation to communication and delivery of our reward programs, we bring value to our people.  You will work closely with external stakeholders to ensure we have a competitive and cost-effective offering in each of our locations globally.

The role 

  • Source and analyze market data from third-party vendors to support annual salary review and role benchmarking
  • Review salary scales globally ensuring that they are aligned to the market
  • Evaluate colleagues’ position in salary ranges
  • Develop and maintain a database of global allowances, ensuring they are reviewed regularly against market and cost projections provided
  • Keep the job architecture database up to date and evaluate roles using job evaluation methodology when required
  • Manage the annual salary review and bonus review process including oversight of the budget and working across the People team to ensure the process is completed
  • Support reward program implementation, change management, and measurement of program success
  • Support results by providing data to support key operational metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities, and delivering on strategic initiatives
  • Maintain the annual calendar of events and reward team capacity planner


 

What you bring 
 

  • The ability to apply knowledge in quantitative analysis, data collection, and the presentation of data for it to be able to inform, influence, support, and aid decision-making
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
  • A curiosity for data and the interdependencies of people data and business metrics
  • Organisational and project management skills to effectively manage priorities and timelines
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources
  • Technical skills with HRIS systems (preferably SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
     

What will be beneficial

  • Prior compensation, data management, and project management experience
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities/tasks
  • Working in a global organisation
  • Knowledge of model building, use of advanced formulas and arrays, pivot tables, data manipulation, VBA, etc.
