To provide high level Service Delivery Support against defined procedures, with autonomy over workload to meet business needs. Undertakes a wide range of complex administrative activities and resolves complex queries. May include delegation and monitoring of other’s work.

Job Responsibilities: Working  closely with the UKI Sales, Service Delivery and Service Delivery Support teams to assist key clients with contractual and invoicing queries/issues.  Main duties will involve but are not limited to those detailed below:

• Assist with contract creation/termination ensuring all contracts set up correctly and any instructions regarding PO requirements are communicated to the relevant teams

• Liaising with key clients regarding invoice queries to resolve as quickly as possible.

• Working alongside Sales team to ensure that when any vessel moves all contracts are checked to ensure they are either cancelled or amended as quickly as possible.

• Working alongside a Shared Service Centre team to ensure any task requested are actioned within the agreed timeframes.

• Assisting UKI Service Delivery and Service Delivery Support Managers in following up on Missing Time to ensure that all time is entered and jobs invoiced in a timely manner.

• Helping with debt management for key clients.
