Senior Account Manager

What we're looking for 

Lloyd’s Register is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen client relationships within our Maritime business. This is a key commercial role responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic and growth accounts to achieve sales, margin and market share targets.

 

The Role

  • Own and manage a portfolio of assigned and targeted maritime clients.

  • Achieve sales, revenue and margin targets through new business development and existing account growth.

  • Act as the main point of contact for client relationships, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise value and long-term growth.

  • Collaborate across departments, including service delivery, advisory, and product teams.

  • Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines and account data.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and planning.

  • Support contract management, including renewals and performance tracking.

 

What you bring

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or account management, ideally within the Marine sector.

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.

  • Skilled in solution selling, negotiation and stakeholder engagement at all levels.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven decision making.

  • Passionate team player with a customer-first mindset.
